Refund Policy

At Nead Studios, the registered legal and trading name of the business, we want you to be confident in your investment. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for the website build services purchased from us. Payments and refunds are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-off website build fee. If you are not satisfied with the service you have purchased, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, provided work on the project has not already progressed beyond the agreed mockup or design approval stage. If development has begun based on your approved direction, we will review the request fairly and may offer a partial refund reflecting work already completed.

Monthly care fees

Monthly care and hosting fees are charged in arrears for the upcoming month. You may cancel your care plan at any time with 30 days' written notice to neadstudios@gmail.com. No refund is due for the current billing period once it has started, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Domain names

Domain registration fees paid to third-party registrars on your behalf are generally non-refundable once the domain has been registered. The domain remains your property regardless of cancellation.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at neadstudios@gmail.com with your business name, order date and the reason for the request, using the email address you used at checkout. We aim to respond to every refund request within two working days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. Most refunds appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
